1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the enbet website at enbet.bio, creating an account, or using any service offered by enbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the enbet Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the enbet platform. Your continued use of enbet following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use enbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. enbet does not permit use of the platform by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as an individual and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by enbet or any other gaming operator, that remains in effect at the time of registration.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of enbet or its associated entities, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

enbet reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts that do not satisfy these conditions.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one registered account at enbet. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree to keep your registration details up to date. enbet relies on the accuracy of this information to maintain compliance with its identity verification obligations.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

enbet is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its compliance framework. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals above standard threshold amounts are processed. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your name and number)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by enbet may result in account restrictions or closure. enbet processes all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your enbet login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. enbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the enbet platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• enbet accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and USDT TRC20.
• Deposits are credited to your enbet account balance promptly. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside enbet's control.
• enbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment source must belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests can only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the same enbet account, except where enbet determines otherwise at its discretion.
• A fully completed KYC verification is required before withdrawal requests above standard threshold amounts are processed.
• Withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash/Easypaisa within 15 minutes to 4 hours; bank transfers within one business day, subject to banking hours.
• enbet reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending additional verification where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

Currency & Fees

enbet does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside enbet's control. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of crediting.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

enbet offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions from time to time. The following general terms apply to all enbet promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the promotion detail page. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless enbet explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed. enbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structured wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion between players. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses and bonus-derived winnings voided.
• Free spins are valid for the specified game only and expire after the stated period. Any winnings derived from free spins are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in the specific promotion.
• Cashback is calculated on net losses during the stated cashback period. Cashback is credited as bonus funds unless otherwise stated and is subject to wagering requirements.

6. Games, Betting Rules & Outcomes

All games available on enbet are supplied by licensed third-party studios with independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are the genuine certified figures for each title.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the outcome of the relevant event as confirmed by the applicable governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In-play bet settlement follows the result at the point the market was closed, subject to any applicable void rules for abandoned or incomplete events.

enbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were published in error, or where the integrity of the event is reasonably in doubt. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

Game round outcomes, once completed and confirmed by the game server, are final. Disputes regarding a specific game outcome must be raised with enbet support within 30 days of the event, with reference to the relevant round or transaction ID.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at enbet and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or the identity of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games, markets, or the enbet platform in a way not sanctioned by enbet
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Any act that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the use of stolen payment instruments
• Attempting to circumvent technical controls, including exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Attempting to access enbet while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement
• Engaging in any conduct intended to disrupt other players' access to or enjoyment of the platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances (where legally permitted), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your access to enbet for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently suspend your enbet account. Once initiated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the requested period. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the enbet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any enbet content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, enbet and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond enbet's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment processor failures, or regulatory action
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the enbet platform
• Losses arising from a player's decision to gamble, including losses during any session on enbet's games or betting markets

enbet's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

11. Privacy & Data

enbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an enbet account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

enbet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) and regulatory authorities where legally required.

12. Amendments to Terms

enbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by notice on the platform or by email to the registered address. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of enbet following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revisions.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change by contacting support.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to enbet's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between you and enbet arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through enbet's internal complaints procedure, initiated by contacting support at [email protected].

enbet aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. If the internal resolution is unsatisfactory, you may pursue any remedy available to you under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
